Hannah Slade

BA (Hons) MA CMLI
Senior Landscape Architect

Hannah's project experience ranges in scope from inner-city academies and universities to large-scale urban regeneration projects. Since joining the practice in 2010 this range of work has given her a strong skill set and broad experience.

She is interested in the positive experiential and transformative qualities of Landscape, enabling its users to transport themselves not only to a different setting, but a different mindset as well. She believes this engagement with nature and the natural environment is imperative in our modern world.

Hannah has worked at Grant Associate since 2010 his theme has been evident in her most recently completed projects, such as Cambridge Assessment and St Mary Magdalene School, where education, a sense of discovery, health and well-being have been key drivers within the landscape brief.

She believes these spaces can be achieved through a variety of scales, from rooftop and podium terraces to more expansive landscape proposals, and further realised through the use of imaginative planting palettes, material selection and considered detailed design.
