Koh Kang Li

MA (Hons)
Senior Landscape Architect

Kang is interested in finding the balance between rationality and art: Architecture and Landscape architecture; tectonics and utility. He began his studies in architecture in Singapore Polytechnic and later at the Edinburgh College of Art. One school is concerned with utility and the other an aesthetic sense. This heavily influences his pursuits in mediating these modes of design.

These days he is looking in to visual programming with Grasshopper (visual programing utility within Rhinoceros 3D). To iterate and rationalize forms. He is still looking for a better way for grasshopper to accomplish tasks in 3d as well as feedback on design changes on documentation.
