Tamasine Scott
MA (Hons) CMLISenior Associate
Tamasine’s practical experience and knowledge in the design and delivery of innovative landscape architectural projects spans two decades and ranges from conceptual design through to construction, with playful idea development, innovative communication techniques and refined detail design.
Working with Grant Associates since 2003 has given her a diverse range of experiences and introduced her to a fascinating world of knowledge and collaboration that is now embedded in the way she works. As such, her work follows an ethos of creating thoughtful landscapes using appropriate technologies to push the boundaries, constantly striving for a healthy and happy future.
She became a landscape architect because she wanted to explore the world through design and creativity. Within all her projects she enjoys using the elements and processes that form our environment to enrich experience, from the delicacies and beauty of habitats to the colours and forms that affect our lives.
Tamasine has been the project lead for a variety of large and small projects, including the award-winning Cloud Forest Cooled Conservatory at Gardens by the Bay; the ground breaking Funan Mall in downtown Singapore; and the design and implementation of Jaguar Land Rovers new 30 Hectare Advanced Product Creation Centre in the UK.
Tamasine is also co-author of the 2015 CIRIA SuDS Manual; the most comprehensive SuDS guidance available in the UK.
