Chris Neeld
BA (Hons) PgDipLandscape Architect
At University Chris was awarded The Bodfan Gruffydd prize for his dissertation and portfolio work. The project studied the regeneration of a sensitive, waterside brown field site in Bristol, he explored the connections between people, the natural environment and the history of the area. He particularly enjoyed working with local cave experts and 3D mapping technology to better understand the history and opportunities of the onsite caves.
Since working in practice the diversity of experience and inspiring projects has sparked a passion for resilient and exciting landscape design that is mindful of the pressures of climate change and the requirements for sustainable development. Since joining Grant Associates in 2018, Chris has been expanded his skill set by working alongside experienced landscape architects on projects all over the world including India, China, Singapore and London.
